Manage a new order
Follow the correct steps after receiving an order from a buyer.

An order should move through a clear process from confirmation to dispatch, delivery and completion.
Review the order
- Confirm the product, variation and quantity.
- Confirm the delivery or pickup method.
- Check the payment status.
- Check that the item remains available.
Prepare fulfilment
- Reserve the correct stock.
- Inspect the item before packing.
- Use suitable protective packaging.
- Include required accessories and documents.
Keep the order updated
- Confirm the order when ready to proceed.
- Add dispatch or tracking information where available.
- Tell the buyer about delays immediately.
- Mark delivery only after the handover has occurred.
Important
Do not mark an order dispatched or delivered before that event has actually happened.
