Cooking Instructions for Peacock Thai Fragrant rice 
  • Bring 750ml of cold water to boil in an uncovered pan
  • Add 50g peacock rice, reduce heat and simmer for 11-12 minutes until cooked
  • Drain through a sieve then serve
  • The rice can also be cooked in a rice cooker
