An order should move through a clear process from confirmation to dispatch, delivery and completion.

Review the order

• Confirm the product, variation and quantity.
• Confirm the delivery or pickup method.
• Check the payment status.
• Check that the item remains available.

Prepare fulfilment

• Reserve the correct stock.
• Inspect the item before packing.
• Use suitable protective packaging.
• Include required accessories and documents.

Keep the order updated

• Confirm the order when ready to proceed.
• Add dispatch or tracking information where available.
• Tell the buyer about delays immediately.
• Mark delivery only after the handover has occurred.
