Set up delivery options

Configure delivery coverage, costs and estimated times for your products.

Seller AcademyUpdated 13 July 2026

Delivery information should tell buyers where you can deliver, how much it costs and when the order is likely to arrive.

Define your delivery coverage

  • Choose the countries, regions or local areas you serve.
  • Do not enable areas you cannot reliably reach.
  • Separate local delivery from long-distance shipping.

Set realistic charges

  • Include courier, fuel and handling costs.
  • Explain whether the fee is per item or per order.
  • State when delivery must be quoted separately.
  • Avoid hidden charges after checkout.

Set realistic times

  • Allow time to confirm and pack the order.
  • Consider weekends and public holidays.
  • Use longer estimates for sourced or imported items.
  • Contact the buyer promptly when a delay occurs.
