Every listing must accurately represent the product, price, seller and fulfilment arrangement.
Your listing must
- Describe the actual item being sold.
- Use the correct condition and category.
- Show an accurate price.
- State important defects or limitations.
- Use images that match the product.
- Avoid unsupported safety or performance claims.
You must not
- Create duplicate listings to manipulate visibility.
- Advertise unavailable products as immediately available.
- Use another seller’s identity or content unlawfully.
- Request payment through deceptive methods.
- Manipulate ratings, reviews or transaction records.
Important
Misleading listings may be rejected, unpublished or removed, and repeated violations may restrict the account.
