A complete seller profile helps Upfrica understand your business and helps buyers feel confident dealing with you.
Add accurate identity information
- Use your real name or registered business name.
- Use an email address you check regularly.
- Add a working phone number in international format.
- Choose the correct country and operating location.
Add useful business information
- Explain what your business sells.
- Add your normal operating hours.
- Add a clear profile image or business logo.
- State your delivery, collection and return arrangements.
Keep your details current
- Replace phone numbers that are no longer active.
- Update your location after moving premises.
- Update opening hours during holidays.
- Remove information that no longer applies.
