Know what pending, needs information, approved, rejected and suspended mean.

Approval is a separate operational decision from simply selecting the agent role or completing a profile.
Status guide
- Pending: your application is waiting for review.
- Needs info: Upfrica requires a correction or additional information.
- Approved: you may receive live work when your profile and payout setup are ready.
- Rejected: the application was not approved at this time.
- Suspended: live agent access has been disabled pending review or remediation.
Important
Do not create duplicate accounts to bypass a review, rejection or suspension.
