Submit a listing for review

Saving a draft keeps your progress without asking Upfrica to publish the listing. Submit for review only after all required information is complete and accurate.

Required listing essentials

• A valid product category.
• A clear product title.
• At least two product photos.
• A valid product price.
• A product condition.
• A quantity of at least one.
• A usable delivery, pickup, quote or digital arrangement.

Recommended checks

• The description contains real product information rather than an empty template.
• The brand is correct.
• The price and sale price are valid.
• The availability matches the stock situation.
• Product specifics are accurate.
• Variants and SKU stock are complete.
• Delivery adjustments and preparation times are correct.
• Return and warranty settings have been reviewed.

Save draft

• Use Save draft when the listing is incomplete.
• A draft is not ready for buyer publication.
• Return later to add missing information.
• Autosave does not replace checking the final listing.

Submit for review

1. Complete all required fields.
2. Review the photos, title, description and price.
3. Confirm that stock is available.
4. Confirm that delivery or pickup is ready.
5. Select Submit for review.
6. Wait for the listing review result.

What happens after submission

• The product moves from draft to under review.
• Upfrica may check the category, content, photos, price and policy compliance.
• The listing may be approved and published.
• The listing may be returned for correction.
• A prohibited, unsafe or misleading listing may be rejected.

After approval

• Open the public product page.
• Check the title, photos, price and delivery display.
• Correct any remaining mistakes.
• Keep stock and availability updated.
• Respond promptly to buyer enquiries and orders.
