A successful product listing gives buyers enough accurate information to understand the product, compare it with alternatives and complete an order confidently.

The complete listing flow

1. Choose the most specific product category.
2. Write a clear product title.
3. Add an accurate product description.
4. Upload at least two clear product photos.
5. Enter the normal selling price.
6. Add a sale price only when there is a genuine discount.
7. Set the available quantity.
8. Choose the correct product condition.
9. Set the product availability.
10. Choose the correct delivery, pickup, quote or digital option.
11. Add product variations and product specifics where needed.
12. Review buyer protection, returns and warranty settings.
13. Save the draft and submit the completed listing for review.

Product identity

• Choose the closest and most specific category.
• Use a title that identifies the product clearly.
• Add the correct brand only when it appears on the item or packaging.
• Describe the actual product rather than copying unrelated supplier text.

Photos

• Upload at least two clear images.
• Make the first image the strongest main image.
• Show the actual colour, condition and included accessories.
• Show visible damage or defects honestly.

Price and availability

• Enter the price for one unit.
• Use your seller-market currency.
• Enter the number of units genuinely available.
• Choose in stock, made to order, pre-order or confirm availability accurately.

Delivery

• Use an existing delivery profile when its prices apply.
• Choose pickup only when buyers must collect the product.
• Choose delivery quote when the fee cannot be calculated before an enquiry.
• Choose digital product only when no physical fulfilment is required.
• Add product-level delivery adjustments only when this item costs more or less to deliver.

Optional product information

• Add product specifics to improve search and filtering.
• Add variations when buyers choose between sizes, colours, models or other options.
• Review returns, warranty and cancellation settings.
• Request international availability only when you can fulfil cross-border orders.
