What is a qualifying sale?
A buyer follows your tracked link and completes an eligible, on-platform paid order within the attribution window. The order must be delivered and remain valid through the stated return hold. The product page shows the rate before you share.

Do not make false product claims, impersonate Upfrica, spam people, hide required advertising disclosures or manipulate clicks and orders. Upfrica can suspend accounts that break the programme rules.

Who can join and how does approval work?
You need an Upfrica account with a verified email address, a verified phone number and Ghana as your account country. Choose at least one promotion channel, accept the current Affiliate Programme Terms for Ghana and submit your application. Upfrica reviews every application, and you can create tracked links only after you are approved.
How much commission can I earn?
Commission rates are set per product, not programme-wide, and each eligible product shows its rate before you share it. There is no fixed rate and no guaranteed income. Commission is calculated on the amount the buyer pays for the product you promoted, excluding delivery, and is earned in Ghana cedis (GHS). Other items in the same order do not earn commission.
What counts as a qualifying sale?
A buyer follows your tracked link and pays online on Upfrica for the eligible product, listed in Ghana and delivered within Ghana. Buying through your own link, promoting your own listings, and enquiries by phone or WhatsApp do not qualify. Refunds, returns and cancellations reverse the commission.
How long does my link track a buyer?
30 days from the buyer's most recent click on your tracked link. The order must be placed within that window.
When does commission become available?
Commission stays pending until the order is completed, when the buyer confirms receipt or the order completes automatically after delivery. It is then held for seven days before it becomes available. Commission on an order with an open dispute stays pending until the dispute is resolved.
How are affiliates paid?
When you have an available balance, you request a payout from your affiliate dashboard to your bank account or mobile money wallet. Payouts are processed manually by Upfrica, so they are not instant.
