Create and share a product catalogue
Turn up to 50 live products into a PDF catalogue you can share on WhatsApp and social media, and create updated versions when prices change.

Product catalogues help you promote several products at once on WhatsApp, social media or directly with customers.
Where to find Catalogues
- Open your Seller dashboard and choose Growth, then Catalogues.
- Select Create catalogue. You will go to My Products in catalogue mode.
Create a catalogue
- Select up to 50 live products using the checkboxes in My Products.
- Choose Catalogue in the selection bar.
- Upfrica creates a PDF snapshot of those products with their prices and availability at that moment.
- Products that are not live in your shop are left out automatically.
Share your catalogue
- Open PDF: view or download the catalogue.
- Share PDF: send the PDF file itself through your phone's share options, for example to a WhatsApp chat, where your phone supports it.
- WhatsApp: send a link to your catalogue page, which shows a preview.
- Copy link: copy your catalogue page link to paste anywhere.
Keep it up to date
- Catalogues are snapshots. Prices and availability can change after a catalogue is created.
- Choose Create updated version on a catalogue to make a fresh snapshot of the same products with their current prices and availability.
- If nothing has changed, Upfrica tells you the catalogue is already up to date.
- Catalogues you have already shared are never changed and their links keep working.
Good to know
Buyers always see the latest price and availability on the product page before they order.
