Common exclusions or limitations

• Payment or arrangements completed outside Upfrica.
• Damage caused after delivery by use, alteration or poor handling.
• A wrong or incomplete delivery address supplied by the buyer.
• Repeated missed delivery or failure to follow approved return instructions.
• Custom, perishable, hygiene-sensitive or used items where the reported reason is not eligible.
