Add payout information carefully

  • Use an account that belongs to you or your authorised business.
  • Check the account name and number before saving.
  • Choose the correct bank, mobile money or payout method.
  • Complete any required verification.

Understand payout timing

  • Some funds may remain pending while an order is fulfilled.
  • Returns, disputes or verification checks may delay release.
  • Processing times can differ by payment provider.
  • Public holidays and weekends may affect transfer times.

When payout details change

  • Update them before requesting a new payout.
