Check payment status before dispatching and understand what different order states mean.

Always confirm the payment status inside Upfrica or through the approved payment process before treating an order as paid.
Before dispatching
- Open the order and review its payment status.
- Check the amount and currency.
- Do not rely only on screenshots sent by a buyer.
- Confirm any cash-on-delivery arrangement separately.
Protect yourself from false payment claims
- Do not trust edited payment screenshots.
- Do not share OTPs, passwords or account access.
- Do not send a refund before confirming the original payment.
- Report suspicious activity to Upfrica support.
Important
A screenshot is not proof that funds have cleared. Verify payment through the official order or payment record.
