Edit or withdraw a sourcing offer

Offer actions depend on its status. Correct errors early rather than waiting until the buyer accepts.

Before acceptance

• Edit an eligible submitted offer when price, ETA or specification needs correction.
• Withdraw an offer you can no longer fulfil.
• Tell the buyer what materially changed instead of silently substituting the item.

After acceptance

• The accepted offer becomes the order's locked specification and price basis.
• Do not replace the agreed item without the recorded process and buyer agreement.
• Contact Upfrica promptly if fulfilment becomes impossible.
