Review the order
- Confirm the locked brand, model, variant, quantity, condition and alternatives rule.
- Check the delivery address and expected timeline.
- Verify that payment status allows fulfilment to start.
Begin fulfilment
- Source or purchase only the agreed item.
- Record material updates and evidence on the Upfrica order.
- Escalate stock, safety or specification problems before making an unauthorised substitution.

An accepted offer is not permission to collect payment privately from the buyer.
