Upfrica Help CentreUpdated Jul 22, 2026
Explain the material difference between the listing and the delivered item, and provide evidence that can be independently reviewed.
Show the difference
- Save screenshots or details of the listing where possible.
- Photograph labels, packaging, serial numbers and authenticity marks.
- Describe the promised feature, condition or specification that is different.
- For suspected counterfeits, include any reliable verification result you have.
Keep the case safe
- Do not return the item until Upfrica provides instructions.
- Keep all communication in Upfrica order chat or the case timeline.
- Do not accept pressure to close the case before the agreed remedy is completed.
