What to do if you receive the wrong item

A wrong-item report should show both what was ordered and what was delivered.

Useful evidence

• A photo showing the whole delivered item.
• The product name, model, size, colour or variant received.
• Packaging labels and any item or serial number.
• A photo showing all items when part of an order is missing or mixed up.
