Protect the transaction
- Pay only through Upfrica checkout.
- Keep the accepted product specification and material promises in the order record.
- Do not share one-time passwords, card details or account passwords.
- Report requests to move payment or the transaction outside Upfrica.
When something goes wrong
- Document missing, damaged, wrong or materially different items promptly.
- Keep packaging, labels and delivery evidence until the issue is resolved.
- Start help from the relevant order so the correct parties and payment are attached.
