CASTOMANIA2010 model CSTMG004 is a machine for induction melting and centrifugal casting of small and fine details in dental technology, with built-in control panel.

The custom machine is designed for precision, using induction melting of metals, which ensures high purity of the workpiece and a high degree of homogeneity.

Centrifugal casting ensures good filling of the casting, as well as achieving high quality clean and precise results with a uniform structure and smooth surface of the details.

Model 004 is compact and includes the following functional components:

o    Variable power supply module;

o    Semiconductor transistor high frequency generator;

o    High frequency isolating transformer;

o    Capacitor battery and operating inductor;

o    Rotary arm chamber for centrifugal casting;

o    Control panel, monitoring and diagnostics;

o    Water cooling system;

All modules are housed in the machine body in easily accessible places.
