How sourcing-agent payouts are released

Understand delivery, settlement eligibility, platform fees and payout holds.

Upfrica Help CentreUpdated Jul 23, 2026

Payout is calculated from the funded order and becomes eligible only after the required delivery and settlement conditions are met.

Before release

  • The order must reach an eligible delivered state.
  • Required receipt, delivery or identity evidence must be complete.
  • The payout destination must be valid and approved.
  • No active hold, refund or unresolved risk issue may block release.

Payout record

  • The order stores the item, fee, delivery and platform economics used for settlement.
  • Currency conversion snapshots may apply to cross-currency charges or payouts.
  • Released means the platform payout action has been recorded; provider completion can follow separately.
