Update sourcing and delivery statuses

Status updates should describe completed operational facts, not optimistic plans.

Status responsibilities

• Use sourcing while locating or purchasing the item.
• Use ready for pickup only when the item is actually ready for the next step.
• Use out for delivery only after dispatch to the buyer or delivery destination.
• Record delivered only when delivery evidence or confirmation supports it.

Good update practice

• Add tracking, labels or delivery references where available.
• Tell the buyer promptly about a genuine delay.
• Keep proof of handover, pickup and delivery until settlement completes.
