Choose delivery or Click & Collect at checkout
Understand why each product shows only eligible delivery or collection choices and how mixed orders are grouped.

A buyer can choose Click & Collect only when the seller has enabled it for the product at an active, verified pickup location. Otherwise, checkout shows the eligible delivery choices.
Delivery
- Select a delivery address so Upfrica can check coverage and price.
- Compare the eligible methods, fees and estimates shown at checkout.
- The final delivery choice is recorded against the order.
Click & Collect
- Choose Collect from seller only when it appears for the product.
- Review the public pickup area, preparation estimate and collection window.
- Click & Collect orders must be paid through Upfrica before collection.
- The exact address is revealed according to the verified location's privacy setting and order stage.
Orders with several products
- Items may be grouped separately by seller, fulfilment method and pickup location.
- Products from different sellers do not become one shared collection.
- Every pickup item in one group must support the selected verified location.
- Review each group before paying so you know what will be delivered and what must be collected.
Important
If Click & Collect is not displayed, do not arrange an unofficial pickup in messages. Use one of the fulfilment choices offered at checkout.
