Collect an order with Click & Collect

Do not travel as soon as you pay. Wait until the seller marks the order Ready for pickup and Upfrica shows the active collection instructions.

Before travelling

• Open the order and confirm that its status is Ready for pickup.
• Check the pickup address, opening hours, collection deadline and seller instructions.
• Contact the seller through the order if an instruction is unclear.
• Ask Upfrica Support for help if you cannot safely use the location shown.

At the pickup location

• Confirm that the order and item presented match what you bought.
• Open the order to display your one-time QR code or six-digit collection code.
• Let the seller scan or enter the credential as part of the handover.
• Keep the item, receipt and order record after collection.

Protect your collection code

• The credential appears only while an eligible paid order is ready.
• Do not send the code in advance by chat, phone or screenshot.
• The code is single-use and expires with the collection window.
• Verified collection completes the pickup record and can trigger seller payout processing.
